Creating Daily Rituals
simple rituals of tea, bathes, incense, candles, smudging, hugging, talking, listening, praying, meditating, drawing, walking, swimming, hiking, any activity that helps you center and ground is so important for our health and yet for many of us it’s a battle to get to those activities and usually they are not part of our daily rituals. Making the changes internally I am trying to discipline myself to include more healing time out rituals as part of my daily routine. I want to invite everyone to do the same if you are not already. We opened this little shop not just to sell product but to encourage ourselves and others to incorporate healing and beautiful moments into their lives.
